Bank Pekao Participates in €342 Million Syndicated Financing for CLIP GROUP

Bank Pekao S.A. holds the largest share in a total €342 million syndicated financing package for logistics companies belonging to CLIP GROUP S.A. As part of the transaction, Bank Pekao acts as the facility agent as well as the global mandated lead arranger.

The financing package includes, among other instruments, term and revolving credit facilities, VAT lines, and an additional committed facility. The funds raised will support the Group’s continued business growth and future investment projects.

CLIP GROUP is a rapidly growing logistics group. The company, owned by Polish capital, specializes in logistics, intermodal transport, which combines different modes of freight transportation, including rail and road transport, freight forwarding services, and container terminal operations.
